This motor is primarily designed for applications requiring highly reliable steering control—such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) or automated machinery—and delivers precise torque output through the integration of a high-reduction-ratio mechanism.
A key feature of this steering motor is its built-in high-reduction-ratio design. Depending on the specific model, the reduction ratio ranges from 31.5 to 50; this enables the motor to generate a rated torque of up to 3.1 N.m, even at relatively low rated power levels (ranging from 0.2 kW to 1.1 kW), thereby ensuring both precision and power during the steering process.
To accommodate the diverse power supply systems of various mobile devices, this motor series offers extensive voltage compatibility, supporting AC power sources of 16 VAC, 32 VAC, and 50 VAC, as well as DC power sources of 24 VDC, 48 VDC, and 54 VDC. This multi-voltage platform compatibility allows for seamless integration into a wide range of low-voltage power systems or battery-powered mobile machinery.
In environments where human-machine collaboration is a priority, operational noise is a critical metric. This motor keeps operational noise levels below 60 dBA (measured at a distance of 1 meter), significantly enhancing the comfort of the working environment. Furthermore, the motor features optional thermal protection capabilities and boasts an insulation resistance of ≥50 MΩ (or ≥10 MΩ for select models), effectively mitigating the risks of overheating and electrical breakdown to ensure the continuous, safe operation of the steering system. The motor's shaft configuration can also be customized to meet specific client requirements, ensuring compatibility with various steering mechanical structures.
