Specifically engineered for automotive repair and aftermarket services, this lifting motor seamlessly combines intuitive operation with robust overload safety. A key feature of this motor is its optional integrated push-button switch, which positions control functions directly adjacent to the motor body, thereby simplifying the electrical wiring and operational logic of the lifting equipment. To effectively counter the substantial inertia generated during the initial lifting of a vehicle, the motor is designed with a starting torque ratio (Tst/Tn) of 2.3 times; this ensures a smooth and steady lift-off, regardless of how the load is distributed.
Regarding safety management—and with the oil- and moisture-laden environment of repair workshops in mind—the motor features IP54-rated protection and guarantees high-frequency operational reliability under S2/S3 duty cycles. The motor supports both 2-pole and 4-pole configurations, maintaining a compact physical length (L dimension) of 292mm to 300mm, which facilitates easy integration within the interior of lifting columns. To mitigate potential temperature rise resulting from prolonged, heavy-load lifting, the motor utilizes high-standard insulation materials and maintains stable operation at altitudes of up to 1,000 meters. Furthermore, its detachable mounting feet and customizable shaft connection design enable equipment manufacturers to effortlessly integrate the motor into a diverse range of lifting structures—including scissor lifts, two-post lifts, and four-post lifts.
