This product is a permanent magnet DC brush motor with a 190.5mm outer diameter, specifically developed for electric sweepers and cleaning equipment. Its design prioritizes high energy efficiency, low-noise operation, and an exceptionally long maintenance cycle. Utilizing permanent magnet excitation, the motor delivers a power output of 0.4 kW to 0.55 kW and a rated torque of 21 N·m to 30 N·m; its rated speed is optimized at 150–180 rpm to meet the specific demands of floor scrubbing and sweeping operations.
A key feature of this motor is its quiet performance, with operating noise controlled below 65 dBA, making it ideal for round-the-clock operation in noise-sensitive public areas. To accommodate the installation requirements of various cleaning machines, it offers both keyway and threaded mounting interfaces; select models also feature an integrated water outlet, facilitating the seamless incorporation of water-spraying dust control systems.
